Privacy Policy
Yestermark is run by one person as a personal reference project. It is a static website that does not collect personal data about you in any form the publisher can read.

What Yestermark sets
Yestermark loads Google's tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads measurement on every page. Google's tag sets cookies and similar identifiers that allow Google to measure traffic and ad performance. The exact cookies set by Google are documented in Google's cookie policy; the most common are _gcl_au and the _ga* family.
Yestermark also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify visitors or follow them across sites. Cloudflare logs request data at the network edge for security and routing; the publisher does not access or process those logs.
Yestermark does not set any cookies of its own outside of what is described above.
Legal bases (where applicable)
- Cloudflare's edge logs are processed under legitimate interest (site security, abuse prevention).
- Google's tag and the cookies it sets are processed under legitimate interest in measurement and, where required by local law, under consent. If you are in a jurisdiction that requires opt-in consent, you may block the tag at the browser level (see "Your choices" below) or contact us to be excluded.
Your choices
You can opt out of Google measurement by:
- Installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on.
- Enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — Yestermark honors GPC.
- Browsing in private/incognito mode or using a tracker-blocking extension.
- Emailing [email protected] to request exclusion.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with applicable rights, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of any personal data we hold about you. Because Yestermark does not maintain user accounts and Cloudflare's logs aren't accessible to the publisher, in practice there is rarely anything held. You can always email [email protected] to ask.
California-specific notices
Yestermark does not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. The site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically. The only categories of information potentially processed are request-level data (IP, user agent) routed through Cloudflare's edge for security; no inferences are drawn from it.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network; data may be routed through any of their data centers. Their public data processing agreement applies.
Retention
Cloudflare retains edge logs on the schedule documented in its own privacy policy. Nothing is retained by the publisher.
Children
Yestermark is not directed at children under 13 and the publisher does not knowingly collect their data.
If you'd prefer your page to be removed
If you are a person depicted on Yestermark and would prefer your page not to be there, email [email protected] with the URL. Reasonable requests will be honored.
